Ways to Work With Me

Individual Therapy

I offer individual psychotherapy for adult women seeking thoughtful, compassionate support during times of emotional distress, transition, or personal growth. This work provides a confidential, one-to-one space to explore concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity shifts, chronic stress, and midlife-related changes, including peri- and post-menopause.

Therapy is collaborative and paced with care. My approach is grounded in nearly two decades of clinical experience and is informed by trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. Together, we work toward greater clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of self-trust.

I use a combination of several evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Most importatnly, we'll take the time to develop a trusting relationship before embarking on intentional treatment

Groups & Circles

I facilitate small, thoughtfully structured groups designed to support reflection, connection, and shared experience during periods of transition.
